- Difference in Triggered time and Timestamp
- Alarm view
In alarm view there is to timefields "triggered time" "time stamp" Sometimes we get questions what the difference is.
The Timestamp is the time at which the most recent state change occurred to the alarm, it is when the AS or ES received/ detected the state and logged the alarm.
The Triggered time is the first occurrence of this alarm, it could be when the alarm was originally detected, before possibly going in/ out of alarm several times. It could also be the time stamped when detected by a field controller.
