Getting Error: Class ID error when starting WorkPlace Tech.

Environment

WorkPlace Tech installation

Cause

The error indicates WorkPlace Tech is having problems working with RTMonitor.

Resolution

Remove the newest LDV driver first then the older ones and then uninstall and reinstall WPT. During the install WPT will load the LDV driver it requires.
