Would like to change default Event Description displayed under Monitoring | Status Page View.
Would like to customize Event messages by adding or removing text from the Description field for specific Events.
Unfortunately we are unable to modify any Event Description. Changing, or adding to, the event text is not an option.
A couple of alternatives could be:
- Add a descriptive Instruction to an Alarm that you are filtering (with an Alarm Filter) for raw data events and then monitoring the Alarms feed, instead of the Events feed, for those messages.
- Setup an "Action" to single out and email those specific Events that you want to see.
