Understanding the FILE part of a XIF file

Issue

When having issues with a specific NCI (SCPT or UCPT) in a XIF file it can be hard to understand the FILE definition in the XIF file in order to troubleshoot a given issue

The FILE definition can be somewhat cryptic - here is an example
